Declaration

I agree to be bound by the Conditions of Letting which I have read and also agree to abide to the dairy only rule and not to bring any Forbidden Foods (as explained in Clause 17 of the conditions) into the premises.

I agree that when written notification of acceptance has been sent to me and the deposit paid, this together with the Conditions of Letting shall constitute a contract of letting between myself and the Synagogue.
